I ordered for pickup, well in advance. The app said it should be ready. When I arrived, no employees in sight, no customers in the shop. After waiting, eventually the lone employee came from the back of the store. She came up, when I said I was there for pickup, she walked over to the online order printer and saw my order. She said, "give me two minutes." Surprise, it took significantly longer (understandable for that part because they are made fresh). No other customers in the place, and my order hadn't been started, as the only employee was hanging out in the back of the store instead of prepping orders or where she could see customers come in. I love duck donuts, but this customer experience was well below previous ones and made me late to work.

Place was clean and that's the only thing I can give it. Donuts were extremely tiny for $3.50 and tasted like cake not a donut. My husband got the bacon egg and cheese on a donut and it was unappealing and undercooked he couldn't finish it. Wait for this was 20 minutes

This was my first visit to the East Meadow location. The store was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was cool to see the donuts made to order. I only wish the designs looked better on the final product. It may have been due to the temperature but overall tasty donuts!

I'm old enough to remember when you used to have to wait for the light to be on to get a Hot Donut or just simply accept something from the commissary that's been trucked out to a Dunkin Donuts sometime in the past. However, you still can get a fresh delicious donut made like the dude that used to wake up 4:00 in the morning and said, "time to make the donuts." (The famous Dunkin' Donuts character on their TV commercials). Duck Donuts delivers delicious, hot, fresh donuts of any variety you have a taste for. I was driving down the street when I noticed this Duck Donuts location — it immediately caught my attention with its bright, welcoming lights. I decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did! The place is spotless, the staff is friendly, and the donuts are absolutely amazing — fresh, warm, and delicious. You can really taste the difference in quality. Great location, great vibe, and even better donuts! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
